You may request deletion of your Sentra AI account and related personal data by following the steps below.
Processing time. Account deletion is not automatic or immediate. We review and process requests
according to our operational process. Processing timeframe: we aim to process verified deletion
requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, security obligations,
contractual requirements, billing records, dispute resolution, or operational necessity.
Identity verification. Support may verify your identity before processing a deletion request to protect your account.
Ways to request account deletion
You can submit a request using any of these methods:
In the Sentra AI app: go to Settings → Delete Account while signed in.
This submits a routed deletion request using your authenticated profile.
By email: follow the steps below to email support (or use the button with a prefilled subject line).
Use the subject line: Account deletion request — Sentra AI (copy it exactly so your request is routed correctly).
In the body of the email, include the email address you use to sign in to Sentra AI.
If available, include any relevant organization or account details that help us locate your account (for example, organization name or context from your service agreement).
This page is a standalone public document. Due to technical limitations of unauthenticated web requests,
your browser cannot perform the same authenticated deletion flow used inside the Sentra AI app.
If you can log in on your phone, prefer Settings → Delete Account for the most direct path.
Otherwise, use email or phone to reach support so your request is reliably received.

Schedules and mute windows
WhatsApp verification data
Support inquiries, where legally and operationally possible
What may be retained
